Dr. Mathew Mokhtarzadeh, DDS

Dr. Janice Lee, DDS
Dr. Janice S. Lee is a Board-Certified Orthodontist, proud USC “Fight On!” alumna, and devoted mother, wife, and business owner who believes every smile should feel authentic and confident.
She earned her undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley before completing her DDS, Master’s in Craniofacial Biology, and Orthodontics residency at the University of Southern California, where she developed advanced expertise in orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults.
Dr. Lee combines deep clinical training with a warm, collaborative approach, offering personalized treatment with Invisalign®, braces, and designer brackets in a modern, fully digital environment. Dr. Kevin Khachatryan, DDS
Dr. Kevin Khachatryan specializes in dental implants and smile makeovers. He has dedicated thousands of hours to advanced continuing education, mastering the latest techniques in implant dentistry and cosmetic transformations.
Dr. Kevin is especially passionate about digital dentistry, using cutting-edge technology to deliver highly precise results—reported to within up to 5 microns in appropriate workflows. This commitment helps ensure that each complex smile makeover is both predictable and beautifully customized to the individual patient.

Originally trained at the Armenian Medical Institute, Dr. Khachatryan earned his Bachelor’s in Dental Science in 2013 and a Master’s Degree in Restorative Dentistry in 2015. He expanded his clinical experience through an externship in General Dentistry at RUDN University in Moscow in 2016. Driven to practice at the highest level, he completed the Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2021.
Dr. Khachatryan is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. His commitment to ongoing education ensures that he stays at the forefront of evolving dental technologies and techniques.
Known for his attention to detail and gentle chairside manner, Dr. Khachatryan provides personalized care in everything from routine cleanings to advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Tigran Gyokchyan, DDS
Dr. Tigran Gyokchyan, DDS, MS, MICOI, MAGD, is a respected leader in modern dentistry with over ten years of experience delivering advanced, compassionate care. He earned his dental degree from the highly regarded University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry, where he developed a foundation in evidence-based, patient-focused treatment. Since then, he has been recognized for his skill, innovation, and commitment to clinical excellence.
Dr. Tigran holds dual Mastership status—an achievement few dentists can claim—with both the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (MICOI). The MAGD distinction requires more than 1,100 hours of advanced continuing education and a rigorous examination. The MICOI honor reflects surgical expertise, proven implant casework, and dedication to lifelong learning. These accolades position him among the most accomplished professionals in the field.
