We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee subscription billing and renewal processes for a SaaS-based operation. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and improving subscription management systems. This opportunity is based in Lafayette, Colorado, and offers a chance to make a lasting impact within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Audit and organize subscription records across systems such as Maxio, Salesforce, and QuickBooks to ensure data accuracy.

• Analyze current workflows and implement improvements for subscription billing, pricing, and renewal terms.

• Identify process inefficiencies and establish controls to mitigate recurring data issues.

• Collaborate with teams including Accounting, Renewals, Customer Success, and Support to reconcile discrepancies and resolve historical data challenges.

• Generate accurate invoices and renewal notices, ensuring timely distribution to clients.

• Develop comprehensive documentation for subscription processes and train the Renewals Manager for seamless handoff.

• Maintain clean, reportable data and establish effective processes that support ongoing operations.

• Coordinate occasional on-site meetings with team members to ensure alignment and address critical tasks.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with established billing standards and practices.

• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding progress and system improvements.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in subscription billing, SaaS accounting, or accounts receivable within a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Maxio, QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar accounting systems.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reconciliation, and managing invoice generation workflows.
• Proven ability to improve and implement billing processes in a structured and efficient manner.
• Familiarity with subscription management and SaaS environments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Availability for occasional on-site meetings in the Lafayette, Colorado area.
