We're looking for a Talent Sourcer on an open-ended contract to help scale a high-performing early careers recruiting program. This is your chance to partner with some of the best in the industry, gain exposure to hiring strategies across technical roles, and grow your career in recruiting.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner closely with internal teams and early careers recruiters to source top-tier candidates
• Leverage both internal databases and external platforms (like LinkedIn) to find and engage standout talent.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess fit for various roles.
• Collaborate with recruiting partners to develop creative sourcing strategies.
• Track outreach and engagement metrics while keeping the ATS updated and organized.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of experience in a Sourcer or Recruiter role.
• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience sourcing for technical or early-career talent is a big plus.
• Proactive, organized, and excited to work collaboratively with a high-performing team.

💸 Compensation:

• $45–$55/hr , based on experience and qualifications.
