Solutions Architect – Connected Technology Privacy

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated Solution Architect to oversee the end-to-end architecture and development lifecycle within our Connected Technology Privacy domain. You will translate complex business needs into functional, scalable software solutions. This role requires strong expertise in full-stack development, database design, and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Solutions: Architect full-stack solutions using best practices such as microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with domain architects, delivery leads, and project managers to deliver timely, effective solutions and provide engineering guidance across teams.
• Enhance Systems: Improve non-functional requirements (scalability, maintainability, performance, etc.) and promote reusable patterns and libraries for efficient development.
• Support Operations: Assist operations teams with root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure system integrity and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Skills (Top 3-5):

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a hands-on background in delivering impactful software.
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect, including experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, Python).
• Deep understanding of microservices, cloud computing, and non-functional aspects of architecture.
• Strong knowledge of InfoSec and DevSecOps principles within AWS environments.
• Excellent communication skills for advising both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring developers on system design and code quality.
• Functional knowledge of privacy rights and regulations (CCPA, GDPR).
