Senior AI Engineer

Bring cutting-edge AI into the heart of healthcare operations.

We’re looking for a seasoned AI engineer to join a fast-moving team delivering generative AI solutions directly to healthcare providers. In this role, you won’t just write code - you’ll work hand-in-hand with clients to understand their needs, customize deployments, and rapidly iterate on real-world problems that matter.

You’ll be part of a high-impact, cross-functional effort to modernize and simplify the most complex parts of healthcare operations. Expect a mix of deep technical work, strategic thinking, and hands-on collaboration with both clients and internal product teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deploy and tailor AI-driven solutions to meet the unique needs of healthcare customers
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on models, prompts, and integrations
• Work with internal teams to shape product direction
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and bring innovative ideas into production

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in software, ML, or data engineering with strong coding skills
• Experience with (or deep interest in) LLMs
• A practical mindset with a bias for action and delivering results
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex problems
• Strong communication skills and a user-first approach to problem-solving

Bonus points for:

• Experience in healthcare or medical billing
• Python proficiency and familiarity with ML frameworks
• Previous work in client-facing or deployment-focused roles
