Now Hiring: Full-Time Security Officer – Conagra Facility (Omaha, NE)

Allied Universal is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for a critical role at the Conagra campus , located at 1 Conagra Drive, Omaha, NE . This position offers a premium pay rate and is ideal for candidates with a technical background and strong customer service skills.

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Afternoon/Evening)

• Location: Conagra Facility – Omaha, NE

• Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide site safety and security for a large commercial facility

• Operate and monitor security systems and access control points

• Assist employees and visitors with professionalism and courtesy

• Perform patrols and respond to security concerns as needed

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Third Grade Stationary Engineer City License (Omaha)

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience

• Ability to lift 20 lbs and remain on foot for extended periods

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet for reporting and monitoring

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented and dependable in high-visibility roles

• Familiarity with safety protocols in commercial or industrial environments

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
