VACA Construction & Roofing is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our expanding roofing division. This is a 100% commission-based role ideal for individuals with backgrounds in roofing sales, home improvement, or telemarketing . If you're confident in your ability to close, manage clients, and hustle independently — this is for you.
Responsibilities:
Generate and manage your own client portfolio
Present roofing solutions to homeowners
Estimate jobs and negotiate contracts
Maintain communication throughout the sales process
Report sales activity to the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
1+ year of sales experience (roofing/home services a plus)
Excellent communication & closing skills
Strong work ethic and time management
Roofing or construction experience preferred
Compensation:
100% Commission-Based
High earnings per deal
Local to Southwest Florida (Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs)
