Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Atlanta, GA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, communicating with clients and colleagues, managing phone calls, and performing clerical tasks. The role will also involve processing and recording real estate documents from commercial transactions. The role is a gateway position to a career in real estate and the title insurance industry. Growth and opportunity for advancement are a key part of the position. Starting salary is well above the average for the position.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong clerical skills
  • Experience with real estate documents
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
