About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) . In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to policies and procedures while conforming to all patient care standards, licensure regulations, and state laws.
• Implement appropriate techniques based on identified goals and treatment programs.
• Administer care with a focus on patient safety.
• Coordinate services with healthcare teams, physicians, and family members, including discharge planning.
• Share knowledge and facilitate learning experiences to enhance performance.
• Document patient care effectively, ensuring compliance with policies and minimal supervision.
• Stay updated on patients' clinical conditions.
• Maintain open communication with the Physical Therapist, staff, and healthcare team members.
• Engage in professional development through continuing education programs.
• Record hours worked and billable time according to company policy.
• Act as a resource consultant for the Physical Therapist and clinical staff.

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in your state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation, with adherence to policies and procedures.
• Continuing education as required by state regulations.
