KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The Network Analyst role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and accurate network analysis, evaluating network operations, applying telecom expertise to support mission objectives, contributing to modeling with domain insights, conducting technical analysis of wireless and wireline networks, communicating findings effectively to technical and nontechnical audiences, tracking emerging technologies, and maintaining technical currency through ongoing training. The work environment is on-site in Reston, Virginia, with minimal travel and standard working hours. Required qualifications include the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics, and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience required includes facility engineering or network planning, large-scale network engineering, core or radio network engineering with 3G, 4G, and/or 5G technologies, telecom route analysis, advanced network technologies such as NFV and SDN, network infrastructure expertise, strong analytical skills, protocol proficiency, PSTN and data network experience, private communications, VoIP and softswitch technologies, fiber optic systems knowledge, RF technologies, and GPON technology.
