About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The primary responsibility of this role is to screen incoming candidates who have applied to open positions and identify qualified individuals for further evaluation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in recruiting and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and screen applications and resumes submitted for open job postings
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Document screening outcomes and key candidate insights clearly and consistently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to pass along qualified candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
  • Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
  • A passion for people and a desire to learn and grow in the recruiting field
