Position Title: In-Person TikTok Live Streamer/ Moderator

Location: Silver Spring, Maryland
Employment Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time]

Position Overview:

Are you a social butterfly with an eye for detail and a passion for connecting with people online? Sha's Organic Skin Care is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Live Streamer/Moderator to elevate our dynamic digital presence.

In this role, you’ll manage and moderate TikTok Live sessions , ensuring they meet platform standards, represent our brand with excellence, and create a fun, engaging, and safe space for our growing audience. You’ll interact with viewers in real-time, respond to questions, promote our services, and help build genuine community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge : Pinning, moving, violation awareness and be able to read scripts.

• Live Stream Monitoring: Supervise live broadcasts on TikTok, ensuring all content complies with TikTok community standards, guidelines and platform policies.

• Audience Engagement: Actively interact with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in real time, enhancing the overall user experience.

• Content Moderation: Identify and promptly address inappropriate or off-topic interactions to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment.

• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with hosts, content creators, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and quickly resolve any live stream issues.

• Reporting: Accurately document and report incidents or violations observed during sessions to management for further review.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, live streaming, social media engagement, or customer service is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage live interactions effectively

  • Familiarity with TikTok community guidelines and best practices

• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on live stream schedules.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site at Sha’s Organic Skin Care, Silver Spring, Maryland.

• Schedule: Varied shifts, including nights and weekends, based on live event programming.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to maintain focus and responsiveness during extended live sessions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
