Job Description:

The Human Resources Assistant (Recruiter) will support recruitment operations through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing resumes and conducting candidate screening.
  • Tracking applicant status and updating information in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Communicating professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting with general administrative recruitment tasks.
  • Organizing and hosting virtual recruitment fairs and hiring events.
  • Scheduling training classes and ensuring proper classroom setup.
  • Creating surveys and presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Developing charts and graphs using database information.
  • Using Excel and Access for data handling and reporting.
  • Performing general office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of administrative or recruiting support experience.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience creating presentations, charts, and reports using PowerPoint and database tools.

Education Requirement:

  • High School Diploma or GED
