Position Summary A paraprofessional person who is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction and supervision of the registered nurse and the Home Health/Hospice Supervisor. Essential Job Requirement s Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. Completion of CNA or HH AIDE training course which meets the Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aide training and competency > 75 hours training. Experience: Previous Certified Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide experience preferred. Required skills: Excellent time management skills. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to carry out directions and read and write. Maturity and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the position. Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.
