🚀 AI Engineer (Hybrid - NYC) | Join a New AI-First Startup Backed by a Proven Winner

We’re building something new in NYC — a fresh AI company with a mission to reinvent how homeowners, investors, and homebuilders interact with real estate. This isn’t just another startup: we’re born out of a wildly successful AI+ML team within a leading real estate fintech, and we’re now setting out to build next-gen consumer tools from scratch.

We're looking for an AI Engineer to help us bring intelligent, high-impact products to life. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team working hybrid from our Manhattan office, tackling tough problems with big upside.

🧠 What You’ll Work On:

• Build and deploy real, usable AI features — not just prototypes.
• Apply LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multimodal inputs, agentic AI, and other cutting-edge GenAI tools to real-world data.
• Design and optimize “classical” ML systems using tabular data, NLP, and statistical modeling.
• Shape how data flows through our platform — from raw ingestion to personalized user-facing insights.
• Think like a builder. You’ll have ownership and creative freedom to explore new ideas and ship them fast.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Python and comfort working in the command line and with SQL .
• Experience deploying end-to-end ML or AI products .
• Curiosity and experience with LLMs , multimodal models , RAG , agentic AI , etc. — or a drive to dive in and learn quickly.
• Strong data science fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, stats, NLP, etc.
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), side projects or open-source contributions, or experience in fast-paced, iterative environments.
