As a pivotal part of our Consumer Support team in Santa Clara, CA, you will be at the forefront of transforming customer support through brand new technologies. More about this role: Over the years, their volume has dramatically increased and NVIDIA is looking to automate their consumer support projects for their legacy based CRM, which is currently in oracle. This CRM has decades worth of data and NVIDIA is looking for an excited and passionate software engineer to help programatically access the CRM database, make sense of the data and volume, surface concerns to engineers/management and implement various AI/LLM tools to bridge into the CRM system. 70% of the day to day will be leveraging AI/LLM tools. A small portion of the day will be focused on partnering with tech writers to see how they can automate their processes, spell check, create style guides, and ultimatelt review guides and check ins.
Their technology stack is fairly open, standard around python. They also leverage containerization and docker within their LLM Infrastructure.
This manager is also excited about the opportunity to leverage “Vibe Coding”, Fast APIs, Open AI chat completion, tools for AI Data Analyrics such as Pandas, and more.
