The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements.

What You’ll Do

As Controller, you’ll own the financials and be the go-to expert for accuracy, compliance, and reporting.

• Ensure rock-solid financial oversight —GAAP compliance, accuracy, and deadlines are non-negotiable.
• Tighten financial controls —spot the gaps, implement solutions, and ensure every dollar is accounted for.
• Deliver financial reports that CFOs actually want to read —precise, timely, and with zero surprises.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting —because "we didn’t see that coming" is not an option.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team —setting high standards for accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate across departments —because clear financials lead to better decisions, and you’re here to make that happen.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required).
• 5-7 years of private or public accounting experience (construction experience strongly preferred).
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and controls.
• Experience leading an accounting team with high expectations for accuracy.
