You will be responsible for guiding government clients through our Design Intelligence framework, incorporating human-centered methods to solve complex user experience challenges. You will plan and execute UX initiatives from discovery through interface design, including research, prototyping, iteration, visual design, usability, and accessibility testing. You will serve as the voice of the customer to ensure their needs are considered and met within proposed solutions. Responsibilities : Participate in all aspects of the discovery process to understand client mission and goals, stakeholders, users, ecosystems, current journeys, user segments, and project objectives. Conduct workshops and interviews to identify pain points, opportunities, and validate hypotheses, creating a compelling experience vision. Utilize artifacts like journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and experience maps to craft the user experience. Conduct user research and testing, translating insights into digital experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members within an agile environment, understanding technology constraints. Design intuitive, accessible interfaces supported by a test-and-learn approach. Ensure high-quality deliverables across projects. Qualifications : Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance. 4+ years of professional UX / UI experience with multi-platform digital solutions. Portfolio demonstrating relevant skills, methods, and tools. Experience in user research, persona development, journey mapping, and interface design. Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and accessibility testing, including 508 compliance. Experience working within Agile / Scrum teams, including writing user stories. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin. Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HCD, HCI, or UX Design. Bonus Points : Experience with federal government projects or consulting. Experience with Salesforce implementations.
