Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Process Engineer to lead efforts in process optimization, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• 5–13 years of industry experience.
• Background in chemical, fluid, liquid, or petroleum processing
• Experience as a Plant Engineer
• Proficiency with AutoCAD

Preferred Experience:

• Process Flow Management (PFM)

Role Highlights:

• Lead new product and process introductions from concept through implementation
• Collaborate with chemists and operations teams to optimize production methods
• Partner with management to assess manufacturing capabilities and align production schedules
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance
• Support capital projects through design input, equipment procurement, and implementation
• Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
