We're seeking Business Intelligence Analyst to join us. As a Business Intelligence Analyst , you will be responsible for building reports and visual dashboards that support key functions of our revenue cycle operations. You will collaborate closely with operational teams and clients to understand their data needs, and you will create clear, insightful visual narratives on our analytics platform, working with large datasets to drive business decisions. What you'll do: You will leverage your own deep technical expertise and that of team members to: Use fact-based decision making to deliver clear, reliable business metrics across a variety of functions Develop creative visual analyses that simplify complex concepts for quick end user consumption In partnership with Product Management, senior leaders, and peers, contribute to the strategic direction to achieve near and long-term company goals, with a focus on reporting availability, service levels, and data quality Evolve current data strategies, bringing fresh ideas to the table to continuously improve our direction and results Contribute to design of analytics, including data sampling, mining, and quality and data visualization solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions, and potentially organize or develop requirements Oversee the maintenance and creation of BI systems based on existing architecture and environments to solve business issues Collaborate with senior management to identify, prioritize and implement new data sources and analytics needs Aid in the support and maintenance of the analytics platform through responding to incident management cases where intervention may be required What you'll bring to Zotec: 2+ years working with and supporting business and/or technology users in business intelligence or a similar function Undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, business, economics, finance, statistics, information systems, data science, and analytics) High degree of professionalism and self-motivation Experience writing advanced SQL queries (Redshift preferred) Experience with advanced data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) Experience working with and contributing to a large BI and Analytics platform Excellent executive facing communication skills coupled with a strong track record of driving value for a business Experience working with a cross-functional team Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex issues Ability to drive estimation and assessment work with a high degree of repeatability and accuracy Understanding of predictive modeling and machine learning concepts preferred but not required At Zotec, you will enjoy a network of highly experienced professionals in an environment where you can operate with autonomy yet have the resources and backing of other professionals in a similar role.
