We're proud to partner with a rapidly growing IT consulting firm to find their next Accounts Receivable Manager . This is a unique opportunity to lead AR in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing and collections
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports and reduce DSO
• Implement tools and processes to streamline AR operations
• Report on AR performance to senior leadership

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of AR or finance experience, including 2+ in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience overseeing large teams (10+ direct reports)
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Experience in IT consulting, professional services, or project-based billing is a strong plus
