Your Role & Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, building new business relationships, and delivering exceptional talent solutions. You will partner with clients and candidates, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales – Take ownership of expanding revenue by driving new client acquisition and growing existing accounts. Engage in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and networking to develop strong client partnerships.
  • Client & Relationship Management – Establish and maintain long-term consultative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their hiring strategies.
  • Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Partner with recruiters to create and implement sourcing strategies for highly specialized finance and accounting talent.
  • Negotiations & Contract Management – Lead client negotiations, manage fee agreements, and oversee Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Market Expansion & Networking – Attend industry events, actively build your presence in the market, and foster connections to drive business growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Bullhorn.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to conduct behavioral/competency-based interviews
  • Proven success in negotiating contracts, renewals, and upselling opportunities
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
